A key aspect of our mission is working with young people directly, normally in partnership with churches in a particular area. This has seen us working in schools and community drop-ins as well as engaging in detached street work. In summer 2009 we ran a street mission centred around football and music alongside the Keswick in Buckie convention; a similar mission ran in Kemnay in 2011. We also worked in partnership with churches in Northfield and Mastrick, Aberdeen to develop an outreach during 2009/2010. Since January 2015, the main focus has been on the Tillydrone/Seaton area of Aberdeen, where our full time youth worker Curtis Sangbarani spends most of his time.

In June 2012 we launched a new football cage ministry, building on the success of mission work using cages borrowed from YFC and churches in England. Click here for more details. Organised by Seaton Community church, the Cage is in action in Seaton on alternate Monday nights every fortnight, alongside the Outreach bus run by another charity. The Cage is also in action during the term time Spring to Autumn at St Machar Academy, with many young people coming along to participate, or just watch. It has helped us with building relationships with the young people, which would not be possible otherwise.
