24 hours of Prayer

There will be a 24-hour continuous session of prayer at the Mission Church, St Machar Drive (near Aberdeen University) from 12 noon on 30 September through the night to 12 noon on 1 October, 2016.

There will be several prayer stations, with prayer over all that is going on in the ‘St Machar catchment area’ through the local churches and organisations (Aberdeen University Christian Union, North East Scotland Youth For Christ, Scripture Union, SAMS, School Pastors, etc.…), including the areas of the University, Old Aberdeen, Tillydrone, Woodside, Seaton and Powis. This special time will be open to the Spirit’s leading on whatever is on your heart at the time.

If you are able to come, please book a slot by following this link: www.tinyurl.com/stmachar

You can make your slot/s exclusive or open. Each slot must be filled by at least one person. The building will stay open, since there will always be someone in the building.

There will be an open prayer meeting at 11am on Saturday 1st October to close the 24 hours together. You are all welcome to that.

If you have any queries (including issues with following the link), contact Steven Hamilton at the Mission – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 07754 914340.

Also if your Church or organisation works in the area, you can e-mail Steven with prayer points or bring them along for your slot and leave them at the Mission.

The Mission is signposted off St Machar Drive, just down from the Hub and opposite Old Aberdeen, and there is parking just behind the Mission on Dunbar Street (this is also where the access door is)

Please be there if you can!
