Vacancy - Director, YFC in Scotland
Youth for Christ are seeking to appoint a Director for Scotland. The person will oversee a vibrant ministry that stretches from Shetland to Inverclyde and manage a dynamic team of creative people. You will establish and undertake such projects that will develop the ministry of YFC to take the Good news relevantly to every young person in Scotland.
A proven track record in youth ministry, the ability to manage yourself and others, a heart for the Gospel and a passion for Scotland are essential for this senior position. Experience in preaching and speaking, presenting complex ideas to large and small groups, an ability to work across denominations within Scotland and sensitivity to the Scottish culture are important.
Salary: In the range of £20,235 – £25,437 per annum a year according to experience
