Our parent organisation, YFC in Scotland, have a street football pitch which they use for working with young people across Scotland. To raise funds for the work of the Kick Street Football Pitch, Christian Men Together have very kindly agreed to host a White-water Rafting event at Pitlochry on Saturday 29 Aug. The money raised will go to the ongoing development of this exciting work.
Can you host a boat and or raise some sponsorship towards this event? Find out more at http://www.christianmentogether.com/donate.php

Our friends at YWAM Aberdeen and the Siloam Trust are facilitating a fortnight of prayer in Aberdeen starting on 17 May. It will be a really good chance to get closer to God andsee His heart for Aberdeen in action. To get involved or find out more, go to www.247prayeraberdeen.org.

12 city centre churches are getting together to run a 24/7 prayer room from 12th Oct to the 19th Oct, in the town centre. It is not limited to just those churches, anyone can make use of the creative space to meet our Lord and pray. Details are attached and the website to go to see what slots are available and sign up is www.aberdeenchurches.org/247prayer.htm

We've booked 9-10pm on Tuesday to pray for young people in NE Scotland and for the different ministries of NESYFC - if you're free please come along and be part of it. God is great and He will respond to those who cry out to Him in prayer:

"I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it" (John 14:13-14)

This is an invitation to an oasis in the town centre, think of this as an opportunity rather than an addition to your week!

You can also get a poster for this from here.
