Applications for the centre director position have now closed and we are about to conduct interviews. Please pray for the interviewing panel that God can reveal to them who the right person is to take this ministry forward and lead us to reaching more young people with the Good News of Jesus.
We held another training day on Saturday 20 September in Kintore. Everyone who came had a great time in fellowship together learning more about youth work with a particular focus on supporting and being part of a team of volunteers. Special thanks to Cat our volunteers & training coordinator for organising the event and to Sandra Blair from YFC in Scotland for coming up for the day.
Our AGM for 2008 will be held from 5-8pm on 10 May at Oldmachar Church, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen (at the end of Jesmond Drive). Everyone with an interest in our ministry is welcome to come along, it will be an informal affair - we'll have a short report on how each of our ministries are doing then spend a couple of hours being sociable over a barbecue. Please contact us if you'd like to be there so we have enough food available!
